Just made this up and it's pretty good! Not really sweet at all, but very smooth and perfect for a day like today: 32 degrees celcius.
-1 cup cold coffee
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-handful of ice cubes
-1 teaspoon cocoa powder
-2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk (or some other sweetener of choice)
blend until frothy.

Lenten Treats: Almond Poos
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon plain helawa (middle eastern sesame "fudge")
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
sprinkling of raisins & dark chocolate chips
Mix everything together and enjoy a quick and easy sweet fix during the sometimes long and difficult season of Lent. It's also vegan for those who need it, and an excellent source of protein (although one that is high in sugar!). The almonds and the seeds mix for a complete protein.

Quinoa mish mash

One time I made a good tasting mish mash of quinoa and other things, and then I took this stupid picture.
It had:
-tuna
-brown & red lentils (cooked)
-fresh chopped cilantro
-chopped carrot
-chopped oinion
-minced garlic
-pepper, salt, cayanne, chili
-lemon juice
I believe I ate it cold. It was good. The end.

Poo Recipe

You wish.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
1 2/3 cup white sugar
2/3 evaporated milk
3 heaping tbsp just peanuts chunky peanut butter
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
Combine in pot. Bring this to a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes. Should be thickening.
Take off heat. Add:
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir until melts in. Pour into pan no bigger than 8" square.
Put in fridge to harden.
