Lenten Treats: Almond Poos

1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon plain helawa (middle eastern sesame "fudge")
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
sprinkling of raisins & dark chocolate chips

Mix everything together and enjoy a quick and easy sweet fix during the sometimes long and difficult season of Lent. It's also vegan for those who need it, and an excellent source of protein (although one that is high in sugar!). The almonds and the seeds mix for a complete protein.
