Vegetarian and Low-Carb - Who Knew?

Not that I'm on a diet or anything, but I am excited about something new to me: spaghetti squash. I made this relatively simple dish with some ingredients I had around.

The base:

Spaghetti squash as spaghetti


The sauce:

Firm tofu, carrot, cabbage, onions, garlic, chili peppers and basil sauteed in some olive oil, with one can of crushed tomatoes.
